Philippines visa fees & timelines

Visa type Government fees Our fee Processing Validity Entries Max stay
Tourist visa
Tourist visa fee – 9(a) Temporary Visitor's Visa, e-Visa single entry (3-month validity) β‚Ή6,240CORRECTED. Official Philippine Embassy New Delhi 'Schedule of Fees effective 01 November 2025', read directly off newdelhipe.dfa.gov.ph/index.php/fees. Indian nationals applying via the online e-Visa channel (evisa.gov.ph) pay Rs. 6,240 for a 9(a) single-entry (3-month) tourist visa. E-Visa multiple-entry alternatives: Rs. 10,080 (6-month) and Rs. 13,920 (12-month). A lower WALK-IN counter fee applies if applying in person at the Embassy: Rs. 3,840 single-entry / Rs. 7,680 (6-month) / Rs. 11,520 (1-year) for Indian nationals. Paid to the Embassy's DBS Bank account (e-Visa online) or by UPI (walk-in). The optional Expedite fee is Rs. 960 and is excluded as non-mandatory. The previously reported figures (Rs. 3,520 / 7,040 / 10,560) do not match either channel on the official schedule and were incorrect.
β‚Ή3,500 + 18% GST = β‚Ή4,130
e-Visa: 7-12 working days (single entry); 15-21 working days (multiple entry) 6 months or 1 year, single or multiple entry, at consular discretion β€” Up to 59 days per entry, set by immigration on arrival
Business visa
9(a) Temporary Visitor's Visa - business visitor (9a-1), single entry (3-month validity) β‚Ή6,240Current fee charged by the Philippine Embassy in New Delhi under its Schedule of Fees effective 01 November 2025, payable by Demand Draft in INR (cash not accepted; non-refundable regardless of outcome). The Philippines has no separate short-stay 'business visa'; business travel uses the 9(a) Temporary Visitor's Visa, subcategory 9a-1 Business Visitors, applied via the e-Visa system. The 9(a) fee is set by entry type, so single-entry is INR 6,240 for both tourist and business subcategories. Multiple-entry options cost more: 6-month multiple entry INR 10,080; 12-month multiple entry INR 13,920. IMPORTANT: since 08 June 2025 Indian nationals may enter the Philippines visa-free for up to 14 days for tourism OR business (or 30 days if holding a valid US/Japan/Australia/Canada/Schengen/Singapore/UK visa or residence permit), so a short business trip may require no visa and no fee at all; this fee applies only when a visa is actually needed (e.g., stays beyond the visa-free window).
β‚Ή3,500 + 18% GST = β‚Ή4,130
e-Visa: 7–12 working days (single entry); 15–21 working days (multiple entry) Single entry: 3 months from issuance. Multiple entry: 6 months or 1 year β€” Up to 59 days per entry, set by immigration on arrival

Government and VFS fees are paid directly to the authorities in the local currency shown and are subject to change at the discretion of the concerned consulate or embassy; our service fee is in INR and includes appointment booking. No consultant can guarantee a visa β€” the decision rests with the embassy or consulate.
