Government and VFS fees are paid directly to the authorities in the local currency shown and are subject to change at the discretion of the concerned consulate or embassy; our service fee is in INR and includes appointment booking. Document checklists
Tourist visa — document checklist
- Indian passport valid at least 6 months beyond the date of arrival, with at least 2 blank pages
- Scanned colour copy of the passport bio-data (photo) page
- Recent passport photograph: 4x6 cm, white background, full face looking at the camera, no hat and no tinted glasses (.jpg or .jpeg, under 2MB)
- Intended date of entry and exit and the specific border gate (port of entry) for arrival
- Address of accommodation or hotel in Vietnam
- A debit or credit card for the online e-Visa fee (US$25 single entry / US$50 multiple entry)
Business visa — document checklist
- Indian passport valid at least 6 months from the date of entry, with blank pages
- Scanned copy of the passport bio-data page (.jpg)
- Recent portrait photo, 4x6 cm, white background, no glasses (.jpg)
- Travel details: intended entry and exit dates and the port of entry/exit
- A temporary residential address in Vietnam (hotel or host)
- International credit or debit card to pay the online visa fee
- For DN1/DN2: visa approval letter obtained by the Vietnamese sponsoring company from the Immigration Department (via the NA2 invitation/guarantee form), and a certified copy of the sponsor's business registration certificate
