When you engage us, we agree a clear plan up front: exactly what we will prepare, and by when. We complete your forms and document review within that agreed window, book your appointment, and keep you updated at every step — so nothing slips through and you are never left guessing.
What it covers — and what it doesn't
This is a commitment to our part of the process being ready on time: your DS-160 or application form, your document set, your appointment booking and your interview preparation.
It is not — and honestly cannot be — a promise over things outside anyone's control: embassy and consulate appointment availability, government processing and interview-wait times, or the final decision. Those sit with the authorities. We will always tell you what is realistic rather than what you want to hear.
