Government and VFS fees are paid directly to the authorities in the local currency shown and are subject to change at the discretion of the concerned consulate or embassy; our service fee is in INR and includes appointment booking. Document checklists
Tourist visa — document checklist
- Passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival, with at least one blank page
- Confirmed return or onward air ticket
- For the VOA/e-VOA: payment of the IDR 500,000 visa fee (by card for the online e-VOA)
- Recent colour passport photograph (for the online e-VOA and C1 applications)
- For the C1 visit visa: a personal bank statement from the last 3 months showing a minimum balance of USD 2,000 (or equivalent)
- Proof of accommodation, such as a hotel booking, and travel/stay details
Business visa — document checklist
- Passport valid for at least 6 months with a blank visa page
- Recent colour photograph taken within the last year
- Bank statement showing sufficient funds for the stay in Indonesia
- Invitation or covering letter from the Indonesian company/institution and/or the applicant's Indian company setting out the business purpose
- Flight tickets
- Completed online application submitted through evisa.imigrasi.go.id
