What we collect
Details you give us — your name, phone number, email, and the visa information you choose to share (destination, visa type, travel plans, past refusals) — through our enquiry form, WhatsApp, phone calls or email.
Documents for your application — if you engage us, the passport and supporting documents needed to prepare your case. We only ask for what a specific application actually requires.
Basic technical data — information your browser sends automatically when you visit the site, such as your IP address and device or browser type.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry and give you an honest assessment; to prepare, review and submit your visa application once you engage us; to keep you updated on your case; and to improve our service. We do not sell your personal data — ever.
Who we share it with
Government authorities, embassies, consulates and their official visa-service partners (such as VFS Global or BLS International) — because submitting your application to them is the service you're asking for. We also use trusted business tools, such as our customer-management system (CRM) and messaging services, which process data under their own security and privacy terms. We share only what's needed, and only to deliver the service you asked for.
Cookies & analytics
Ours is a simple, static website, and our fonts are self-hosted, so displaying the page sets no cookies of its own. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are viewed and whether visitors go on to contact us — so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and receives usage data, including your IP address, which Google may process on our behalf. We use this only to improve the site. We don't run advertising cookies, and we never sell your data.
If you'd prefer not to be measured, you can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites using Google's official browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by turning off cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as we need it to provide our service and to meet legal or record-keeping obligations, after which we remove it.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it. Write to info@theparashars.com and we'll act on your request.
