Business visa
Visitor visa (Temporary Resident Visa) β€” per person CAD 100Canada has no separate 'business visa'; business travellers apply as business visitors under the TRV. Same fee for single- or multiple-entry. Family maximum CAD 500 for 5+ applying together.
Biometrics β€” per individual CAD 85Mandatory government charge for Indian nationals aged 14–79 applying for a TRV (family cap CAD 170).
β‚Ή7,500 + 18% GST = β‚Ή8,850
Set and updated regularly by IRCC; the clock starts only after biometrics are submitted Up to 10 years, or until the passport or biometrics expire (whichever is first), at the officer's discretion β€” Usually up to 6 months per entry, decided by the border officer on arrival
Student visa
Study permit application fee CAD 150Study permit (including extensions), per person
Biometrics fee CAD 85Mandatory for Indian nationals aged 14-79; per individual (family max CAD 170)
β‚Ή25,000 + 18% GST = β‚Ή29,500

Dependent visa
Sponsorship + processing fee (sponsored spouse/partner) CAD 660IRCC "Sponsor your spouse or partner without right of permanent residence fee" fee. Combines the $90 sponsorship fee plus the $570 principal-applicant processing fee (both raised on 30 April 2026) into one $660 line.
Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) CAD 600Mandatory before PR is granted to an adult applicant; NOT charged for dependent children. IRCC also offers a single all-in "with RPRF" option showing $1,260 (i.e. $660 + $600).
Biometrics fee CAD 85Mandatory per person (age 14-79); capped at $170 for a family of 2 or more applying together. Same for Indian applicants.
β‚Ή25,000 + 18% GST = β‚Ή29,500
Varies by stream and is updated on IRCC's online processing-times tool. IRCC publishes a 12-month service standard for spouse/partner Family Class sponsorship outside Quebec, though actual times often run longer; accompanying work, study and visitor applications are quoted separately. Tied to the principal's permit: a spouse's open work permit and a child's status are normally issued to match, not exceed, the worker's or student's permit expiry. Multiple Matches the principal family member's authorised stay in Canada (or is permanent, if you are sponsored for PR).

Government and VFS fees are paid directly to the authorities in the local currency shown and are subject to change at the discretion of the concerned consulate or embassy; our service fee is in INR and includes appointment booking. No consultant can guarantee a visa β€” the decision rests with the embassy or consulate.
