| Business visa | Schengen short-stay visa fee β¬90Adult; β¬45 for children 6β12, free under 6. Same across all Schengen countries. | βΉ7,500 + 18% GST = βΉ8,850 | Usually about 15 days, up to 45 in busy periods | Short-stay Type C, single or multiple entry as granted | β | Up to 90 days in any 180-day period, whole Schengen area |
| Dependent visa | Residence permit application fee (family reunification / dependent) β¬218Single mandatory application fee charged by the Austrian settlement authority for the residence title a dependent applies for (family reunification / 'Red-White-Red Card plus' / settlement permit for a family member). This is the only government fee listed on the current official pages; card issuance is included and there is no separate card fee. The β¬218 amount is triple-confirmed on official Austrian government portals (migration.gv.at family-reunification page, migration.gv.at Red-White-Red Card plus page, and oesterreich.gv.at) for 2026. The fee is nationality-neutral, so Indian applicants pay the same β¬218. | βΉ25,000 + 18% GST = βΉ29,500 | By law the authority decides without undue delay and no later than six months after a complete application is received. | Tied to the sponsor's permit β a Red-White-Red Card plus is issued for 1 year initially, extendable to 3 years once you have been lawfully settled for two years and have fulfilled Module 1 of the Integration Agreement. | Multiple | Renewable long-stay residence in Austria; can lead to permanent settlement over time. |
Government and VFS fees are paid directly to the authorities in the local currency shown and are subject to change at the discretion of the concerned consulate or embassy; our service fee is in INR and includes appointment booking. No consultant can guarantee a visa β the decision rests with the embassy or consulate.
