Greece business visa
Business in Greece runs on the Schengen short-stay visa (Type C). It gives you up to 90 days in any 180-day period, and the single sticker opens the whole Schengen area of 29 countries. If you live in India, your file goes through Global Visa Center World (GVCW), the exclusive External Service Provider of the Greek consular authorities here; the decision itself belongs to the Greek Embassy/Consular Office in New Delhi, which assesses every application.
You apply to Greece when it is your main destination, the country where you spend the most days, or your first point of entry into the Schengen area when the stay is split evenly. GVCW runs Greece visa centres across 15 Indian cities, and you must appear in person to give fingerprints (biometrics) unless they were captured for a Schengen visa in the last 59 months. Budget EUR 90 for the visa fee plus a EUR 30 GVCW service fee, both payable in Indian rupees.

Your exact checklist depends on your profile β we confirm it during your case analysis. Every visa decision rests with the embassy or consulate.
Applications are lodged through GVCW's Greece visa centres in 15 Indian cities - New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Gurgaon, Jalandhar, Cochin, Goa and Puducherry - and are decided by the Greek Embassy/Consular Office in New Delhi. You book at the centre nearest your residence and appear in person for fingerprints (unless captured for a Schengen visa in the last 59 months). Appointments can be booked up to six months before travel, and applying outside New Delhi can add a few days to processing.
Frequently asked questions
Do you guarantee the visa?
No, and treat anyone who does with caution. The decision rests solely with the Greek Embassy/Consular Office in New Delhi. What we do is read your profile honestly, tell you where it stands, and build the strongest, best-documented application behind it. Over the last two to three years our applications have seen a 97% success rate, but no genuine consultant can promise an outcome.
My trip covers several Schengen countries - do I still apply to Greece?
Apply to Greece if it is your main destination, the country where you spend the most days. If your days fall evenly across states, apply to the one you enter first. If Greece is only a transit or a minor stop, another country's mission may be the correct one to apply through.
Which centre in India handles Greece business visas?
Global Visa Center World (GVCW) is the exclusive service provider for Greece in India, with centres in 15 cities including New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Kolkata. You book at the one nearest your residence and appear in person to give fingerprints; the Greek mission in New Delhi takes the final decision.
How long does it take and how long can I stay?
Plan for around 15 days, though it can extend up to 45 days if the consulate needs additional checks or documents. A Type C business visa allows up to 90 days in any 180-day period and lets you travel across the whole Schengen area.
