The PARASHARS reserves the right to revise service fees at any time, with prior notice to clients.

 

Visa Approval Disclaimer:

 

While The PARASHARS endeavours to assist clients to the best of its abilities, it does not guarantee, commit, or provide assurance regarding visa approval.

The final decision on visa issuance rests solely with the respective embassies/consulates of the countries concerned.

Clients acknowledge and accept that The PARASHARS shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from visa application outcomes or delays.

 

Termination of Services:

 

The PARASHARS reserves the right to terminate services for clients who fail to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein or engage in misconduct or fraudulent activities.

In such cases, service fees paid by the client shall not be refundable.
